Production: limited, in bottles of 0,5l, bottles of 0,25l, cans of 0,25l Protection and Monitoring Body of Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry. The extremely anticipated harvest ensures very low acidity and very high amount of polyphenols with rather limited olive oil yield

The olives, from which our oil is extracted, do not receive chemical antiparasitic treatments.

Olive grow thanks to the sun that touches our hills and the rain that bathes our fertile land.

The oil is naturally rich in polyphenols with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory action.

Our oil is ideal as a seasoning (1-2 spoons per day) and particularly suitable in case of:

-weaning

-intense sports activity

-irritable colon

-jambs.
